The DREAM
Since 2007, Zone 7 Water Agency’s educational program has taught thousands of students to become water stewards. However, following the pandemic, the program struggled to regain traction due to high teacher turnover and shifting classroom priorities. A strategic audit revealed that the existing "KidsZone" branding primarily targeted students, missing the mark with the actual decision-makers: the teachers. The dream was to reimagine the program with a professional, educator-focused identity that would rebuild credibility, streamline the booking process, and ultimately surpass pre-pandemic participation levels.
