The DREAM
In a joint project to provide community resources for building social connections during the pandemic, Illuminate Colorado and the State of Colorado built an online toolkit for community providers. Two years later, the initiative received federal funding to expand beyond the original provider audience to reach the general public. Illuminate Colorado needed to transform a technical, professional-facing resource into an engaging, accessible, and community-centric platform. They turned to Axiom of Purpose to redesign the website with fresh branding, a public-facing interactive toolkit, custom translation, and dynamic content to foster connection across the state.

Bringing the dream to life
Axiom transformed the digital experience of coconnected.org into a robust community hub, in English and Spanish ensuring that parents, neighbors, and providers could find supportive resources.
